The towels looked and felt like a rag used for cleaning ones vehicles. The room was large enough to accomodate a small refrigerator and microwave oven.
Soooo dirty unbeleivable
Made imprint of my credit card for their records. Was told that its confidential, but things where "ID" theft has happened at many places that kept " confidential " records. Will never risk this again.
Rooms: dirty, floors & showers. Hairs on the floor and doors... Beds sheets smelled funny. Hair dryer did not work. We found spiders in the room..I Call the front desk and the person who was sent was extreamly rude...
Staff was helpfull, room was clean and enviroment was nice. Easy to get to town and the busdriver was helpfull. The Valley Kitchen's food was good and the portions were big enough. Extra plus for the pool. It was worth for money.
Every think there nice
frogs gym was closed
Toilet shoved into the corner. Very difficult to use. Bathtub had huge chip in the finish. No attempts to fix. Holes in walls. Poor tv reception. Room did not appear as a Resort should
The Rooms were out-dated. There was paint pealing off the bathroom wall. It just felt dirty and not well maintained.
The location, the facility gardens, and a super nice cleaning lady that catered to us in the midst of a room that was not up to par.
Hotel had safety issues: hinges/doorlocks missing, and windows did not ajar correctly. Lights/appliances not plugged in. One of the pools locked up/not operable. Hotel staff were polite but did not handle issues. Other guests verbalized the same problems while using jacuzzi.
Comfortable, conveinent, economical
Landscape and swimming pool are excellent. The location is close to San Diego downtown and Sea World. The price is very reasonable.
The carpet between two rooms was torn and the tear has a size of a palm. I found a sewing needle on the carpet in the center of room, so one can surmise that carpet was vacuumed not thoroughly. Thanks goodness that the needle did not pierce my foot ! Although I booked only one bed, the "upgrade" - two beds was given us on arrival (without my request and without extracharge). Rooms also have three tables and only one chair. On my request to provide us with a second chair, the frontdesk officer answered that they have no extra chairs and rooms come with one chair. It is very strange that rooms have extra beds and extra tables instead of the second chair.
We liked the heated swimmingpool and the restaurant with good food. The rooms vere nice and the room service and cleaning was very fine. We chose the Resort because they gave access to Frog Fitness, but unfortunately Frog had closed. We were glad to have free access to another Fitness club instead.
That the internet was very unstable, allthough they rebooted it fast every time we called the reception to do so.
The staff was great, the food was good & the price was nice
We did not like the fact that the gym was closed. We asked for an extra blanket & pillow: never got it. Our room keys did not work on our third day there. House keeping did not service our room on our 2nd day there. No hot water in the morning on our second day there. Other than that it was a great time.
It was much nicer than expected, with beautiful landscaping. If the sign was upgraded to reflect the resort it would be helpful. Needs more color and something to go with the green movement, as one does not expect or even see what this place has to offer unless you make it to the lobby.
Saw a silverfish in the room.
